6H polytype Edge Topograph
Full plate synchrotron edge topograph of SiC obtained on station 7.6 of the Daresbury SRS, together with the indexed edge reflections calculated using the computer program WRIST (White Radiation Indexing of Synchrotron Topographs) Fisher and Barnes 1984 [7]. In this case sample J112 contains only the 6H polytype with a thin 30 µm 1DD layer in between, which has been termed a simple sandwich and described by the model 6H+1DD+6H.
